We ship from China.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests made after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after receipt.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that additional processing time may be required during holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Due to high demand, the delivery time is 7-12 business days.
Will customs and import duties be charged?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in EUR, which means you may be responsible for customs and taxes once you receive your order. Import duties, taxes, and associated customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and these will be determined by your local customs office. The payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received your credit for your return yet, you should do the following: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
