Returns
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Vondic. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
NOTICE: We do NOT accept returns or refunds on SALE items or gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@vondic.com with a high-quality photo or video of the issue. We’ll evaluate the problem and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (personalized items or special orders)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND DUPLICATES
Custom-made items or so-called "dupes" (look-alike versions of designer or branded products) may not match the original product or reference image with 100% accuracy. Slight differences in color, stitching, sizing, or detailing may occur and are considered normal within the scope of custom or third-party production. These deviations do not constitute a defect.
Due to the individualized and custom nature of these products, they are non-refundable and excluded from returns or exchanges unless they arrive materially defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@vondic.com.
Replacement Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a high-quality image or video to info@vondic.com and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, we offer two options:

A full refund of your order.

A one-time free replacement of your order.
