Our silk pillowcases are 22 momme, which is the ideal weight for durability and luxury. Most cheap silk pillowcases use 16-19 momme — you can literally feel the difference. 22 momme is thicker, more opaque, and lasts significantly longer.
Machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water using a mild detergent. We recommend using a mesh laundry bag for extra protection. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — silk is naturally soft and doesn't need them.

Silk's smooth surface creates significantly less friction than cotton, which means less tugging on your hair (reducing frizz and breakage) and less creasing on your skin (reducing sleep lines).
